Bandivious is the Platform for Unsigned and Newly Signed Bands.  When you register on Bandivious as an individual or as a band, you are agreeing to a month to month paid membership, which automatically renews on the same date every month for $14.99.

 

No Contracts:  There are no contracts binding any paid member to Bandivious.  Bandivious is a month to month paid membership.

Music Copyright & Ownership:  By becoming a member of Bandivious, as an individual, organization or band, you attest and hold true that any and all media type, (not limited to music, photos or videos), that you post, share, or upload on any part of the Bandivious website or request Bandivious staff to post, share or upload directly on your behalf, as an individual, band or organization is copyrighted and/or owned by you as an individual, organization or as a band.  You agree to release and hold harmless from any copyright violations, fines or lawsuits, Bandivious and its affiliates, owners, partners, shareholders, current or future, from any copyright violations that may occur as a result of your violation(s), whether by ignorance, negligence or intentional misuse.  If Bandivious finds that any music, videos, media of any sort or any information you include in your profile or in any part of the Bandivious website is in violation of US Copyright or Intellectual Property laws, that information will be removed immediately and your membership may be revoked.  Any fines incurred by Bandivious or any of its affiliates, owners, partners, shareholders, current or future, as a result of Copyright or Intellectual Property violations as a direct or indirect result of your misuse, whether it be due to ignorance, negligence or intentional misuse, shall be the sole responsibility of the paid member, whether it be as an individual, organization or band.

Cancellation Policy:  If you wish to cancel your Bandivious membership, you must contact Bandivious via email or telephone, notifying us of your desire to cancel your membership, at least 30 days prior to the next bill date.  If you do not provide at least 30 days notice to cancel your membership, you will be charged a fee of $14.99, which will be your final payment owed. 

 

Member Responsibilities:  Each member, whether subscribing as an individual or band, is responsible for providing Bandivious with their music, photos, videos, bio, contact information, tour information, social media, including all links, etc., for their profile pages. 

 

Intellectual Property Ownership: All information provided to Bandivious by each paid member, not limited to music, photos, videos, bio, contact information, tour information, social media, including all links by each member, is owned by the member and is the intellectual property of the member and shall remain so for eternity unless agreed upon by separate agreements made in writing between the member and Bandivious.
