Certified Neurofeedback Specialist

My Story

I have always known that taking care of others would be such a huge part of my life. I was a dental assistant for 30 years in a rewarding job that I loved, when a rafting accident brought that to a stop in 2020.  Being introduced to Lens Neurofeedback was a saving grace for me.

Neurofeedback is a unique, effective neurotherapy for those who would rather have help in a holistic manner, instead of having to take medications. Although medications have a place in treatment, many have long term side effects that can be harmful to our minds and bodies. My goal is to help you stay off of medications, or scale them down to a lower dosage that you and your physician can then maintain.

Electrogence Phalogram measures electrical activity in the brain showing suppressed areas that can be reset for a healthier brain pattern. When we use the information, we set up your coping skills and ways to process information more effectively, therefore helping to process your emotions more rapidly and with more clarity.

The Lens Neurofeedback helps with a variety of setbacks such as, brain fog, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, insomnia, migraines, traumatic brain injuries, as well as anger issues. I work with ages 6 years and up. With my practice, 85% of clients have benefited wonderfully from the Lens Neurofeedback.

Originally from Asheville, I have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The Blue Ridge Mountains are a part of my soul. I feel so privileged to live in such a vibrant place where I can hike, go rafting and sightsee!
