Kreig Marks, Specialized Ortho Neuro Trainer

How he is known for innovative training.

In 1994, Kreig Marks' father was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.   A year later his aunt was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. At that time, Kreig's thriving physical therapy practice focused on orthopedics and sports medicine. He decided to study PD and MS and soon became a Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis Exercise Specialist with his unique fitness methods to help combat and manage the symptoms of both diseases. Kreig soon found himself in the media speaking a lot about his specialized training.

For 30 years, Kreig has worked with over 6500 people living with Parkinson's Disease and over 2500 people living with Multiple Sclerosis. The numbers span the years working in a hospital, to his own centers across Florida, and then his private practices in South Florida.  He is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic of Weston, Florida, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida and Boca Regional Hospital. Kreig has been interviewed by local news media in South Florida along with CNN, CCTV, the New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel, and other media outlets. In 2014, the National Parkinson Foundation began offering a limited number of grants to local businesses offering unique therapeutic support to people living with PD.  Kreig's program received one of the first Grants. He has also been featured for many months in years past on the Michael J. Fox Foundation's website. He is known internationally for his approach in moving people past their neurological conditions, into a much healthier way of living.
