Dr. Ryan Fenton, DPT, MTC

 

Dr. Ryan T. Fenton DPT, MTC, Certified Dry Needling, is the owner/founder/lead therapist of 1 on 1 Physical Therapy of Asheville. 

 

Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree while graduating with honors from the University of St. Augustine.

Since 1996, Ryan has dedicated his work to research-based Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation of the spine and extremities. He achieved his post-graduate Manual Therapy Certification focusing on spine and joint manipulations. Ryan underwent a manual therapy mentorship in Colorado focusing on Trigger Point and Myofascial Release.

Dr. Fenton is certified in Functional Dry Needling by Evidence in Motion’s Kinetacore.  Ryan has thousand’s of hours of experience dry needling, helping his patients reach their wellness goals.

​

Ryan has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1994.

 

He lives in Asheville with two boys, and dogs.
